Heather Helen Ray is a Dallas based photographer, artist, and artisan with more than 23 years of experience behind the camera.

Her commercial photography career has taken her from studios to locations and included work for brands such as Ralph Lauren and Brighton. But photography is only one part of Heather's creative practice.

She works across pencil, charcoal, gold leaf, watercolor, acrylic, texture, and fine art photography. She's also spent years teaching art and sharing the technical side of photography with other artists.

What makes Heather's story compelling isn't simply the number of mediums she works in. It's her continued desire to learn.

After more than two decades as a professional photographer, she's still experimenting, still developing new skills, and still asking what else she can create.
